no - i have went there with both profiles of mine and even though i had it b4 i can no longer play it... there is only a theme available now >,<

Wow you're right.  I can believe I didn't pick that up the first time around.

 I have no idea why the removed it from the Marketplace.  This is something I'll have to look into (even though I couldn't do anything about it).

Hexic HD was NEVER on the marketplace - it came pre-loaded onto your hard drive.  If you deleted it and want it back you need to contact XBox and they can give you a code.  There's a thread on this in the Hexic HD forum.
