I jsut got a copy of call of duty 3 gold edition, which comes with a token to DL the Valor map pack.  When i try and go ot the website on the card it tells me to go(http://goldedition.callofduty.com) so I can enter the code they give me it sends me to callofduty.com?  There isn't anywere on there for me to enter this so they can send me my code to DL it?  Anyone know how or where I enter the code they gave me?
