Anyone having any glitch kind of problems with insane mode?  I completed the game and choose the 2nd slot to save on and load my character from episode one.  Game starts up I talk to tycho and gabe and then go to Anne Marie's.  Boom I'm back at the main menu.  Go back in through all the damn loading screens again and before I even get through the first talk this time boom back to main menu.

Anyone else having these sorts of problems?
