Career Legacy Seaon

So, I bought the game based on some posts here because I need a break from COD: WAW. Last time I played college basketball was NCAA 07 or something and my favorite thing to do is just start a career and create 2 players myself and my best friend.

I DL'd the rosters and was just going to edit 2 players on the team I want to play as but when I tried to start the career it made me choose a contract from teams I don't care to play with.

So do I just do the open one and will that still let me do career mode?

Also if I edit the roster then start the career do the players convert into the career?

How do they progress? Is their offseason training? or is it just random based on how they play throughout the year?

When they get really good and are ready to go pro, do I get choose if they stay or can I override, or like say after year 3 can one of my players just opt to enter the draft and I lose him no matter what?

I paid $15 for the game and got it used with no book, I just didn't want to get too far into the game and realize I screwed up and wasted a bunch of my time.

You don't want to do a career legacy mode, you want to do open legacy. Yes the players will convert and they get better during the off season and a little during the season if you do drills and practice with them and play good. they can leave whenever they choose. it's more fun to do a career legacy though because you can build a a weak school to be a strong one.

Do Work

yes it is.....be prepared to lose alot if you play on MOH difficulty...stick with it and recruit....I only made the big dance by winning my conference, but career legacy is more realistic and fun IMO, cuz your coaching record can help or hurt your recruiting...

PS. how do you TIP-RIP? (putback dunk)
