Bioshock took abit off getting in2 , but damn it was 1 cool game in the end.Dead risng on the other hand is a grind.

Its nice to see a game like this every now and then. Im more of a FPS & racing fan, But playing this game in the right conditions( lights OFF and sound UP) is a definate thrill IMO. I love the atmosphere in this game. Its great to hear somthing rustle behind you, turn around, and find nothing.............then outta nowere some crazy bum smacks u in the head with a conduit from behind, then disappear into the shadows!!!

Yes, Condemned : Criminal Origins is DEFINITELY worth buying, especially since its so cheap now. It is, in my opinion, the greatest game on XB360. Here are my reasons :
Sound - No other game on XB360 does sound the way Condemned does. The atmosphere produced by the ambient sounds and music alone will scare the living *** out of you, that is of the enemies don't do it first.
Pace - No other game on XB360 paces itself the way Condemned does. Granted, there aren't that many survival horror games on XB360, but the pacing increases the tension level to the max.
Gameplay - No other game on XB360 plays quite like Condemned, with the exception of Condemned 2, although Condemned 2 is different in several ways. The melee combat in Condemned was revolutionary, as no game before had anything like it. Unlike other melee combat systems in other games, Condemned's combat system actually takes skill to use.
Enemy A.I. - No other game on XB360, nor any other console TO DATE, has enemy A.I. that is even on the same level as Condemned. The enemy A.I. is so smart, their intelligence scares you. The enemies in Condemned run for cover if you have a firearm and will flank around you in order to sneak up and take it from you, they will search for more powerful weapons if your current weapon is superior to theirs, while playing on Hard I've even seen them retreat when wounded and break open a medical cabinet and use a medkit.
There you have it, plenty of reasons to buy Condemned. I'd recommend Condemned 2 also, but let me be clear. As a fan of the series, I consider Condemned : Criminal Origins to be better than Condemned 2 : Bloodshot.

This game IS absolutely worth getting!! I love it!!!
It's one of my favorite games on the Xbox.. first time I played it, I was SOOO creeped out!!! You must like horror and/or survival horror to get into this game.
Replay value is high on this game, in my opinion, as long as you don't try to play it again in the same month. I've played it three times now, within about 2 years. It's one of those games where you think one day 'Hmmm, omg, I LOVED that game! I want to play it right now!'
So for less than $10, I'd advise you to TOTALLY buy it and KEEP it!!! You won't regret it as long as you're into the horror genre!!!
