So this is kinda like the Final Fantasy series, only more childish?

Will I like it, I love rpg's like Final Fantasy and Champions of Norrath?

The combat system is like FF X, but other than that, not really.  It is childish, and the characters are very bland and are really unlikable.  It also takes a long time to get going...around 15 hours or so.  After that the story opens up and I enjoyed it.  

If you like level grinding and constantly searching everywhere in the game, you will enjoy it.  If not, you probably won't enjoy it.

I'm downloading the demo tight now. If it's good I'll buy it, found it cheap in a store just down the street here :p

To each their own really.  I found it to be a lot like FFX which made me really enjoy the game.  It is a grind game, so if those types of games turn you off BD may not be for you.

I enjoyed the characters in the game and didn't find them too childish at all.

It's a great game. It's made by the same guy that did Final Fantasy so it is pretty similar. Don't base your opinion on the demo though, it sucks.

I wouldn't call it a grind game at all.  The games freaking easy, there's never a need to grind.

True enough, its a very easy game to just blast through, however it IS a massive grind for the 1,000 gamerscore for those interested in getting it I for one am, and have almost got it, love fully completing rpg's :D
