Unbelievable T Kemper story
I cannot believe what just happened. I was fighting a barbershop quartet in Pelican Bay, and I got one of them down to exactly 1 health. Seeing an opportunity to get the Nine Lives achievement, I pull out T. Kemper to deal the finishing blow. Except he doesnt do his standard attack. I see "Critical Hit" and he deals 999 damage to everybody. He used Dooming! A 1 in 2,104,294 chance, and it happened the only time I was trying for his regular attack. I had a 99.9999% chance to get the achievement, and I failed. I was dumbfounded.

I don't know if this is a running joke, but I just couldn't believe it and had to tell somebody.

Re: Unbelievable T Kemper story

I got the special attack the very first time I used him...I didn't realize the odds on it until after I had him attack a few times...and he only did one point of damage...lol. Thought I could use him to destroy every enemy I used him on...
I got the ach on the first battle after you get T. Kemper (2nd playthrough)...you can't die in this training fight so get the enemies down to only a few hits and just block or ignore damage until you can have the cat finish a victim(I had to use his attack 4 times...it takes about 3 minutes for the attack to recharge)

Lets play...stump the Oblivion Guru, ask away...

Well I can tell you that it's not 1 in 2 mil of a chance. The dooming move seems to happen to everyone that plays at least once during their playthrough, (sometimes more, but only once for me). Pretty funny that you got it completely when you didn't need it though, haha. I think when it showed up for me it couldn't have been more perfect and it actually saved my life. XD
