I got an update today... i think is the update from march does anyone knows what it does?

team updates and Englands new kit. All the transfers should be up to date.

They also fixed some players who fell outside the squad list previously, like Gudjohnson for Barcelona etc.

Gudjohnson was added ages ago, definitely before this March update.

how do you use the update? I downloaded it but I look at the rosters and they are not updated at all?

I can't remember exactly how it worked, but it has to overwrite your option file so that the teams are updated.

he got removed on one update & then added back in on the latest one. Bit odd really.
