well it uses the Frostbite engine from BC.. but it is BF 1943. Very classic. Wont hold a candle to the PC version but for the meager price I think its hella worth it.

I just uploaded a trailer for it on you tube.. LINK. I may get in trouble for it but maybe not owell.. thought ID Share.

One more thing for extra Spice SC Midnight Marines were ranked 7 for a year on BF 2 MC when it was released in the hay day of clanning on that game.

I will be getting this, but hopefully it doesn't turn out to be another BC.

it is going to be very similar to BFBC... with a few differences:

1. ability to form a squad, kick people from your squad (like FFOW)
2. parachute returns
3. ability to fly planes
4. no goldrush mode.. conquest ONLY
5. set classes and weapons..
6. only 3 maps (but DLC is a possibility and was shown in the alpha build video with GVD talking on it.. look at the end)..

   This game I think will be fun, but it might get boring with only 3 maps, but these are 3 very fun, and very classic maps along with a new arcadish style of gameplay. Should be worth it and I will buy.

I will get it I really enjoy the battlefield series. I really like it that they are adding the ability for you to either talk to your squad or to your team. That was really what hurt BC for me.
