Hello, I like many of you are sick of playing this game only to get booted for no reason. Please write this company and express your greef with this game to this company asking for a patch to fix the problem or a solution. I don't care how old the game is. If this company made this game they should be willing to support it if its broken. Here is the web address for this company so they can be contact and hopefully fix this game. Please write and let your voice be herd. Thanks! http://www.tikgames.com/Help/tabid/55/Default.aspx

Great call!  Anyone who has lost there bankrolls (like myself) should shoot an email to them.  It's a simple to use web form.  Kudos to Meeps for the link!

Mail to TIK Games, feel free to copy/paste, and add your own bugs, I'm sure I've forgotten some.

------------------
The following bugs greatly deter from the gameplay experience:

cheaters/line tuggers, making play impossible at 50,000 buyins and up.  no one is going to risk 50 grand to a cheater.

disconnets result in 8th place finish, even when finishing 2nd

players receive double money (or no money) if loser quits the game too quickly

cards dealt face down

cards dealt to eliminated players

pots won by a player not even in the hand

player wins pot only to be disconnected after winning

displayed percentage of winning the hand incorrect when underpair faces 2 overcards

blind timer starts when game is created instead of when game starts.

All these bugs have been reproduced many times over by the playing community.  Please read the Xbox forum for your game to find out more.

Thank you for your attention to these game breaking bugs.

I would be absolutely embarrassed by this game if I worked there.

I've experienced pretty much all those glitches, plus just now I had someone covered in an all-in and won, but I didn't get the pot, it just disappeared and I was left with what I had left after covering the all-in.

What a joke these people are.

I sent them an email the same day I made my other post and have not heard back from them.  I'm so frustrated about this because I literally devoted HOURS to building a bankroll, only to loose it because several of the big tournies closed after the game began and the computer STOLE my money!

I think that the next step is to complain to Microsoft about how the company will not reply to glitch-related questions and possibly have it downgraded from an XBL Arcade Game to an XBL Community Game.  I'm really ticked off here!

Re: BUG in Texas Hold'em//Send them a e-mail!!!
The overall quality just sucks for the following reasons:

Lets see...the fact it seems I am always getting one of the worst hands in all of poker every single hand. 2,4 off suit, 7,2 off suit...nothing but garbage. Playing hold em in real life I at least get better hands and things seem to be more exciting almost every hand. My luck is better than this and this game is nothing but poorly dealt hands over and over.

The second reason is why the game asks you if you want to show your cards on an all in bet that you lost. They can already see the damn cards why bother asking if they want to hide them?

All that was said before plus mine are the reasons I really hate this game.

TIK games should give refunds to everyone that bought this for such a poorly designed game.
