I'm having trouble getting on top of the third pillar to shatter it from the ice on the Super happy fun game.  It is the tallest one, I made the jump across using the homerball to get the other two, but the last helium tank appears to be unreachable.

This may be kinda vague but you have to use a helium thingy and fly over to a different helium thingy across the map(I believe to the left.. or right... ) then that one should take you to the top of the third pillar.

maybe your at the wrong tank or when your in the air you dont press x to move faster

All three helium tanks should be fairly easy to reach from the ground. The first you can jump to reach, the other two you have to 'Homerball' up a snow wall to reach. In other words, you shouldn't have to fly from one to the other, you only need to fly to get to the pillars.

When starting the level the three tanks should be layed out in front of you. I typically start from the far left and work my way right. For the first, have Homer just jump up the wall and use the tank to inflate and fly over to the closest pillar. After stomping on that pillar, locate your next target and make your way to it. Wash, rinse and repeat. Always repeat. The third one is harder to reach, but if you pick the right angle (don't try to go straight up the wall) you should make it fine.

Ditto to Mr P1gp3n.  The other two are up the snowbank by Homerball, one of them you have to Homerball dash across a fall to reach the other helium tank.
