I am playing Silent hill Homecoming on Xbox. I am stuck on the boss Scarlet. I break all the porcelain of her and she goes down, there is a sequence of buttons that I have to press which I do,(stick the crowbar in her back) but that's as far as I get.

How many times do I have to repete the button sequence(stick the crowbar in her back) until she goes into the second form.

a couple things... first it's annoying but you have to just keep knocking her down and shoving the pipe into her body. Second... please use a normal sized font so its easier to read.

I've done it now.
The problem was the speed in which you press the buttons when prompted, you have to be really fast or the game wont move on.
When you get to the button prompt part you need to whack away at the buttons especially the A button.
I put mine on my leg and used my index finger, it worked first time. She was quite easy after that.

I thought I heard a lot of people had trouble with this because they pressed the button too fast (which was causing it to measure incorrectly), you can press it at a fairly slow pace and have it work.

The actual problem is having to make all of her parts bloody and cracked. For example, you need to make sure you have hit her left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg, and body to its full extent. She will go down at some points, but that does not mean you have completely destroyed her... you may have to hit her arm 1 or 2 more times. Once you successfully break all of her parts then you can smash the crowbar into her and go to her "spider" form.

Also, don't make the mistake I made and use the Fire Axe to fight her. That is a terrible weapon for her. Use the pipe when she is in Spider form. Much, much easier. I know this now after about 3 hours of playing.

Thanks for the tip. I've been using the fire axe. I'll try it with the pipe later.
