Does anyone know if there is a UK PAL format release of this game? Really annoys me that quite a few of the games I want are only available in NTSC format.

This game as all College Hoops, MLB and NCAA games are not Region Free, just NTSC. You would need to buy an american Xbox if you want to play them. You can check in EBAY for someone that ships worldwide.
