The 'Staff Infection' achievement is awarded for finding and killing 10 special zombies hidden throughout the single player campaign. The 'Staff' zombies can be distinguished by other zombies because they are wearing black T-shirts with the 'Frozen Codebase' logos on them. At first, they may be a little tough to spot in a crowd, but once you have a few hours exposure to the game, you should have no problems.
Anyways, I had a bit of a time finding them all, and then noticed it seemed to be the achievement holding people back from 200/200. So I figured I would post the locations. Keep in mind, these are only the levels they can be found in. If you follow the tips I provide below, it should be more than enough information to track them down.
Tips:
-The Staff zombies don't crawl out of the ground like normal zombies. They should already be walking around when you come up to them.
-The Staff zombies will vanish once the exit is open, so you must defeat them before meeting all level requirement.
-It does not matter if you wrangle them or shoot them with your ranged attack.
-You can continue at any level you have previously reached in the single player campaign. I would suggest finishing the campaign anyways.
-They are usually hidden away in corners or near walls. If you just scale the perimeter, you should find most of them easily.
-Although some levels allow you to turn around and explore areas from the previous levels, no Staff zombies will be found in those areas.

-Chapter 1; Level 2
-Chapter 1; Level 3
-Chapter 2; Level 1
-Chapter 2; Level 3
-Chapter 3; Level 1
-Chapter 3; Level 3
-Chapter 4; Level 3
-Chapter 4; Level 3 (this is the only stage where two Staff zombies appear)
-Chapter 5; Level 2
-Chapter 5; Level 3
Hope this helps with those looking for the achievement. I stress once more that the levels alone should be more than sufficient in locating the zombies. There aren't a whole lot of useful landmarks in the game anyway.
