Just post a reply to this thread (include some details, times you play, etc.) and watch the list grow.  To send a Friends Request click on the individuals gamercard that you'd like to add and then select "Send Friends Request".

Note:  When adding gamertags, it is always a good idea to include a message telling the person where you got their tag from.
