I did it at level 25, with the green soldier guy.

All depends on solo or co-op on same box or co-op via on-line.
My lowest was a level 5 because I was playing with two 80+ and one 99 when I first started playing with a guy my Barbarian which is now a 99 himself. Put too much work into him becuase the leader boards have him as being able to make a level 100. But I can't seem to make him level higher. My AL13N is my favorite all because that is what I'm into and his magic is beast. His weapon sucks but thats what he is stuck with. Industrial knight and Fencer are by far the most over powered guys in the game I beat the game with them each at like level 17 just powered up magic and used my shield a lot.

first time thru was with the Grey knight at lvl28.

Then i beat it with the red knight at lvl32ish
Lead me, follow me, or get out of my way.

I was a twenty something along wih my cousin who was also a twenty something. I was Green and he was Orange. All the bosses from Corn Boss and up were a pain in the ***.
You'd be suprised at how many Halo fans don't know that the Master Chief is a slave.

25 with the orange knight, I actually beat it today...I would have beat it when it came out(when I got it) but it erased my save data so i stopped playing the game.

once you get good at making speed runs through the game, you can usually do it anywhere from 18-24.  I unlocked all the characters and I noticed that i was finishing the game a little bit faster than the previous run.  But my first play through i was a 28 with Orange Knight. 
I taught Eyedea to punch kids in the face.

My average game completion now with new characters is 11-15. I have help of course.

Level 20-25 with a friend the first time, Grey Knight.

Lowest level I ever beat it at was with the Black Knight at LVL14 because my other 3 friends were melee and magic while I was pure archer.
