Millions of Kudos in Seconds
I've been playing this Online the last few days, and when I look at the Leaderboards, there are people who have millions and millions of Kudos in one race. When I watch a clip from the race, they start and all of a sudden have a huge amount of Kudos. Are these guys hacking or something?

It's not a hack, but a glitch in the game that someone figured out a while back.

Glitchers = Cheaters.

They back up at the start of the race and get kudos before crossing the starting line.

Theres more to it then backing up, I can do it, basically what you do is go around in circles, getting multiple kudos combos. Dont let the kudos bank (the top right kudos should stay 0 the whole time) when the race is about over (the timers about to run out), restart the race. THEN you back up. You only see the backing up part because they restarted the race. Its complicated and Im not going to answer any questions, but if you want to try it, figure it out yourself.

This, among many other reasons, is why PGR 2 is superior.  The leaderboard is impossible to glitch, it's all legit blood, sweat, and tears.

Re: Millions of Kudos in Seconds
I saw another glitch on one of the "watch the world's best" on one of the races.  This guy raced normally for about 3 of the 4 laps and then he smashed one of the computer controlled cars into the wall and had his car nose-to-nose with the computer car and just kept mashing the gas pedal and eventually began pushing the other car backwards.  I guess after a while of this the computer controlled car just kinda gets locked into place and couldn't pass him because the guy then turned around and for the remaining lap he just kept doing small controlled e-brake slides the entire rest of the race and ended up with like 38,000 kudos.  That stuff is really annoying... I knew people were cheating when I saw some of the scores.

But I got a question about the "leagues" and standings and all.  The leaderboards always show like "League 188" or "League 212" and once in a while when you do really good it'll show "League 1".  I took this to mean that you did well and were ranked among the very best in the game.  In one race I got Rank #12 in "League 1" and I had made a few mistakes... so I kept doing the race a few more times to try and crack the Top10.  Well, when I finally did beat my previous score and was expecting to be placed higher than my #12 in "League 1", I ended up getting Rank #455 in some other league?!?  How do these league numbers and rankings stuff work?  Can anyone explain this stuff to me please?

JMCatrow, it is a shame that a few of the leaderboards are properly taken care of and maintained to prevent glitchers, cheaters, and hackers from being in the top ranks. The fact is that it ruins the online mode for so many others. Personally I don't care if you cheat, glitch, and/or hack in solo campaign offline or offline co-op but when you do it online you're just jerk and should get the ban hammer and your console and gamertag should be forced to only allow you and anyother gamertag on or created on your console to play the trail version of Soltrio Solitaire for a month or longer.

The kicker is that cheating, glitching, and hacking is a violation of the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct of Xbox Live.

there's absolutely no way for a time or score to be taken off the leaderboard. if that was possible surely they'd have removed the number 1 time on the nurburgring half f1 circuit by now

I've heard that a few times myself.  Something along the lines if they remove one name, they have to remove them all... even legit ones.

That's true.  He modded like none other with that Dodge Ram SRT-10.  I raced him a couple times, I had some rude things to say that's for sure.  I think there's another leaderboard that's glitched too, it's one of the Long Beach tracks using a Porsche 959.

SuperBlunt is the only one to figure it out though, he was straight modding his Xbox however.
