There's an in-game help menu that explains and shows you, not to mention a ton of threads you could have read. I guess coming here and waiting a few days for a response is more efficient for you though. To each his/her own....

Ah well, let me break it down for ya:

First thing you'll need to do is wait for the "T" piece (pink in color). As soon as it appears in the matrix you need to hold DOWN, not UP and successfully hit the A button on your controller (the green one) 37 times before the peice hits the bottom. during the 21st spin, you'll notice a pop-up appears saying 1000 pts, this will double for each consecutive spin (kind of like in Super Mario when you sent for the 100 man 1-up with the shell). If you're successful spinning it 37 times before it hits the bottom, you'll get an alluring female voice saying "T-Spin".

I remember reading this one guy's post about doing the t~spin, he couldn't figure out why it wasn't registering as a t~spin. He was rotating the t piece the entire time it was falling down the matrix. Then he would just let it lockdown where it hit.....

Edit: I just about shot water out of my nose Vital..... I didn't actually read your post all the way through.... LMFAO. If people ask me this, I usually just point them to my vids or tetrisconcept.com; so much easier than trying to explain it to somebody in words. But Beer Knuckles beat me to it; thank's for the link Beer Knuckles!!

Just watched the vid by Dumbledor...!!! How on earth do you manage to press it that many times in such a short space of time man??? Unbeliveable!!! Respect.

I managed to get this quite a while back now, ive just had my Live reconnected and am loving the online. I'll bust the 10 hour easy, and then some!

If only the game could register T-Spins triple as a T-spin now :(

T-spin triple back to back and BAM 14 lines in your face haha

I personally think they considered adding them and came up with the combo system as a replacement. This change does a couple things IMO:

1. Makes the game more playable online for new players (easier to learn combos than  t-spin triple setups)

2. With the faster speed (e.g. Evolution feels like slo-mo) and 6 opponents at once, down-stacking is a must and combos adhere to this style of gameplay more than t-spin triples

The japanese Tetris for PC "Tetris Online" has both T-Spins Triple and Combos and is not much different than Tetris Splash. Just think it would'v been nice for everyone if we would'v gotten everything in a US game, Tetris DS doesn't register Combos to send more lines and i don't even remember how Tetris Evolution was like :(

Still would be nice if they'd update it for it to work, it's not like it'd be a big complicated thing to do really.
