Ok i'm just a little bit annoyed at SC4.

I'm sure its gonna be great but..... Why does the japanese market (well mainly japanese) deserve Vader?
I mean Vader was a very influential WESTERN character. So why do asians and rich Ps3 gamers get Vader and were stuck with a puppet? I seriously don't get Namcos logic..... Why Yoda? I mean don't get me wrong i loved Yoda in the old movies but.... He was meant to be a wise old man not a freakin jumping bean.
Whats worse is the idea of such a small and fast character just annoys the *** outa me, if he's realy good then he's gonna make it extremely unfair for skilled Asdaroth players like myself.

Witch brings me to my second gripe.... WERE ARE MORE LEGITAMTED SWS CHARACTERS?
Why do we get a muppet when this setup makes much more sence. If they get Vader then its common sence we should get Luke.... Luke would be awsome and in my opinion a lot better (and more balanced) than Yoda.
Why are they ignoring the one guy who single handidly saved the SWs universe? Why are they ignoring the one guy who brought balance to the force?
All yoda ever did was get his *** handed to him buy Palpatine.... Luke defeated Palp and Vader on his own.
Not sayin Yoda's not wise or powerful just saying that he's gonna be cheap crap and i'd much rather play Luke (of course everyone wants to play Vader.... But only Sony fanboys). Also Darth Maul, General Grievous, and Obi Wan would of been cool to.... But cmon if your gonna have Vader on one platform it just makes sence to have Luke on xbox.

Either way i will buy it for the SC characters mostly but.... I'm realy pissed that i don't get to play the greatest movie villian ever just because i don't wanna spend 400 plus bucks on another system.... For shame Namco.

Also i might add that it wasnt a huge deal with SC2 because in all honesty i had a GC and GC had the best character (Link) and Ps2 and Xbox had characters i could care less about. Considering i played Heiachi in Tekken3 and i played Spawn as well (wasnt impressed by spawn in the least bit).

It seems logical to me that Vader would go to the PS3 and Yoda the Xbox.

Black shelled console = PS3 + Vader is the Dark Side of the force
White shelled console = Xbox + Yoda is the Light Side of the force

Adding to the logic the xbox has green highlights everywhere and the PS3 is well evil.

I'd be pissed if it were the other way around myself. You can't make everyone happy all of the time. If you could then PS2 SC2 would NOT have had Heihachi. Half naked old dude beating up on little girls doesn't strike me as awesome at all.

And if we could pick the character we want to fight with the very most from Starwars my vote would go to Kit Fisto or Aayla Secura way before Yoda and Vader but it makes sense from a marketing standpoint to have the characters be well known, not kinda obscure. The whole Star Wars tie in is nothing more than a marketing ploy to get interest going in the series again for the Force Unleashed so really it kinda needs to be taken with a bit of grain of salt I think.

I would've preferred Return of the Jedi Luke Skywalker. I loved how calm he was, then would unleash on Jabba and Darth Vader. Plus Mark Hamill could sign copies for fans.

I'd bet $10 that namco releases a character pack later on down the line.

IMO this is good for business. Make people buy the the game version they want the most and then release the other characters for DLC.

I agree with you, believe me, I would rather play Vader than Yoda. One thing you are wrong about though. Luke did not bring balance to the force, Vader did. He fullfilled his prophecy just like they said in all the movies. Vader was the one that evened out the dark vs light in the force and he was the one that grabbed the emporer and thru him down the shaft, not Luke.

I love the last paragraph, i guess if you had a PS3 it would all be fine too. Remember all the people who didn't have a GC moaned about the respective character too. I do agree though, Yoda should not be in this, he doesn't even fit. At least Vader is a Human Being. The apprentice seems okay though.

Well if Vader is DLC i will buy him right away.... I'd much rather buy Vader then some stupid Halo maps.
Not that i don't like Halo but i hate the mappacks.... They want you to pay for something that doesnt add any new content whatsoever? No new weapons, no new vehicles, no new content..... Just maps.

I was skeptical about SC4 when i heard Yoda would be the 360 character (mostly because of his size) but they are just lucky im getting hooked on SC again so i may just buy it after all. I Remember reading something about them definitely releasing DLC for the other character yet a month later i remember reading that they would never release any such DLC so who knows what will happen. I half expecting a flood of petitions in the near future if they choose not to release it or don't do anything on the subject.
