i hear this gets pretty hard? i was thinking when you train a lot would the opponents get higher stats as well because if its as hard as it sounds i was going to lose a lot at the start until my stats are maxed out. i had a quick look on a different save and no matter how many times i lost i always got another week of training and lose no stats. It couldnt possibly be too hard with maxed stats?

Actually it is really easy.  Just get in the center of the ring and lean back.  Wait until the opponent throws a punch then uppercut him with your front hand.  (left if you are a righty) rinse and repeat...
