Just curioius if anybody's console froze on them while playing the hulk game. Second time this happened to me and there are glitches are everywhere when I start jumping..
thanks for any input/replies
Yeah, I've had that happen too. I thought I played my Xbox for too long, lol.
They've got free multiplayer DLC coming out at the end of the month, hopefully it'll have a patch in it.

Yeah..right after it froze two times, I got the wonderful 3 red lights. Now I am without an XBOX 360 for about a month while everyone else enjoys the game. :(
Sorry to hear about your system, I'm on my 3rd xbox and if that fails I may just give up,
I also contacted Sega about the reoccuring problems and freezing the system. It needs to happen (freeze) to more people before they will fix it, or if they fix it.
Mine froze 4 times already it froze 3 times the other day so exchanged it for another one and it froze again.. maybe they release an update fro it that fixes it
i had 1 lock up today since i bought.,,,but does anyone gettin any SLOWDOWN OR HICUPS in game..feels like earth defense force 2017..
was gonna exchange till i saw this post,,, this game is buggy but if i use the green hulk from movie game is fine,,when i use the red hulk or hulkbuster costumes the game goes hay wire .. after awhile,,i quit and save and that seems to help when it go wacko .. but still worth playin ...they need to hire real game testers
put me down for 2 more lock ups.well tommorrow gonna swap cd and see what happens
great game too bad for issues..i have 2 freinds have and said it runs smooth and no lock ups...wonder if it has to do with the red exclusive hulk edition..cause they dont have that version
NO DOUBT
i can deal with bugs and glitches,,but cmon lock ups no thanks......ohh yeah i forgot i swap copies and 20 minutes in lock up...so who ever says this game runs smooth needs glasses
Mine was freezing up to after a few hours of play and the IronMan game I have don't lock up at all and its made by the same company. I had my son play IronMan for a few hour and it was no problems with it so I don,t think its a hardware problem so it might be the software itself
i've had one freeze in about ten hours of play
and I'm getting a lot of slowdown during the minigame where you have to jump from collapsing rooftops
yeah i gave up,5 lock ups is enough for me....and for thoses who say it runs fine are lying
swapped for bourne game....hope one day they patch...ill buy back...so sad i did like the game.too.

I wouldn't rely too much on a patch just yet... this problem doesn't appear consistant (or we'd see a lot more posts on this topic). I, myself, have had no problems but since it appears quite a few people have - I could only narrow it down with further details... I have the GameStop Red Hulk copy of the game (although I doubt that changes anything since the post I quoted mentioned GameStop) so the only other possible difference would be - are any of you that are consistantly getting freeze ups playing while connected to Xbox Live? The game is currently only offline so I could see how it may not have been throughly tested while the testers were connected to Xbox Live. If that is the problem, then the DLC containing a multiplayer mode would most likely fix it. But that's the only thought I have on why some of you seem to get the lockups while others don't...
Okay, I already checked everyone that posted in this topic and each one of you have unlocked achievements for this game while connected to Xbox Live... it's not a for sure (it could really be anything from the chip sets in your 360s to other game saves) but looking at the fact that this is a Single Player game - SEGA would have no reason to provide the majority of QA testers assigned to this game ethernet cables while they tested an offline game. It's quite possible it was over-looked because of that or, at least, unresolved because it wasn't narrowed down or wouldn't get street date. I suggest playing the game with your ethernet cable removed it MAY solve the problem (or, at the very least, make it more of a rare problem) but I can't guarentee that. It's the only difference I can see off-hand and I'm not going to play online and test it on my console because - a) I may be a game tester but not for SEGA and have no connection to HULK or it's related propierties aside from working at Universal for 2 years and b) I don't want my console to lock up (lol). But it's worth a shot. Seeing the responses to this topic it's clear there is SOME kind of problem but the limited amount of people experiencing it implies it'd either be rare (not the case if one person could get it more then 4 times) or the method of getting this bug is something un-tested (or tested in a limited quantity). The game I last worked on for the 360 had an online and offline mode and offline testers had no need for internet connections unless some large online tests were being done so it's quite possible to think SEGA would not provide its testers with tools that should, in theory, not affect an offline game mode because it would only lead to testers fooling around.
Just to stress, I am in no way connected to SEGA or this game so this is all just a theory based off of what I'm reading on these boards compared to my own experiences and knowledge of testing. I have no way of saying SEGA didn't have people testing it online nor that Microsoft did the same when it went through submission but it certainly seems plausible for a game that has no current use for online connections.
I've had over 5 lockups already now, the game is good but almost unplayable. All my other games work great, what's the deal?
I will not buy another Sega game if they don't fix this!
It looks like everybody is having either a lag or a lockup problem.
I figure they knew about this, but had to release it on schedule with the movie. They probably plan on patching it with the upcoming DLC.
