You have to go to the marketplace and by the downloadable parts and you have to go to each country and purchase their parts and last but not least you need to get "S" on all your missions in story mode.

You cannot trade DLC or 'story mode' parts...

Also, you can only use the 'story mode' parts when playing off-line. The DLC parts, along with all of the rest of the parts, are only available for online play.

He means that while you are playing offline, you can only use storymode parts. IE: You can't use online parts when in single player.

Can you build a double double with only storymode parts?
I loaded the assembly data for a DD and completed the final mission and then posted it on youtube. It can be done.

When the server was glitched correct? I saw the video, but under normal circumstances it shouldn't be able to be done.

It was glitched at the time. I may still work. If I can remember how to turn on an xbox i'll try it again soon.
