Can't find my way OUT of the Temple of Enlightenment (disc 4 found with White Boa)

I found the TOE with the White Boa and the Nautilus. Most challenging battles I've ever had in LO. I don't have the ALL- Elements immunity skill and there are many spells used against my crew that I don't have yet.
As for leveling up- many of my group are KO'd when the battles end. Kaim  has gone from Level 50 to Level 70 and Seth from Level 50 to 65 (which is fine) but the immortal spell casters and mortals are KO'd frequently- and are at least 10 to 15 levels behind.

I am also missing ALL of really powerful leveled spells being used by the enemy. I have Forcea and they use Forceus, I have regenerata and they have regenereus to keep themselves healthy. They use Aquaeus and I have Aquara (two levels down) and so on. There are many spells that I have no version of.

So I would like to ESCAPE and go in quest of the better spells (using a guide)! But the three dimensional puzzles seem to keep me from finding the exit. I have found some good treasure by flipping the walkways around-but not the exit! Does anyone know which "floor" the exit is on?

RE: Can't find my way OUT of the Temple of Enlightenment (disc 4 found with White Boa)

I've found that the enemies in the temple attack you with Fire magic the most. Those Babaloons are really annoying with their resurrect... pummel them with All-Aquara (or better).
What I've done is create a formation of all my Immortals and give them skills that either tune down fire damage, negate it, or even absorb it. There are items for all three of these, so all you Immortals can learn the skills. You then have one spot left for a Mortal, so give him/her an actual anti-fire item.

I've done a portion of this dungeon allready, but also found that it's a wee bit out of my league still (my characters are all around level 55). It's a sidequest after all, so I'll get back here when I've finished disc 4.
Just try to backtrack and you'll get out. Don't enter parts you've not seen before. And try to flee from all battles. You won't get any xp, but it'll save you the trouble (and time) of fighting.

I will admit I also got lost for a minute the first time but I loved the challenge and actually went in there twice, once for the boss battle and the second for the mask given to you by the merchant in Saman.  It depends on where you are at in the temple.  Either way you will still need to pay close attention to area names in the temple and the position of the bricks.  In the beginning, you started out in the "Square of Eternity" (multi-level).  That leads to the "Precipice of Hopelessness" (w/ stairs).  Down the stairs to the "Corridor of Timelessness" (multi-level) which will have a save spot.  You do some running around, flipping orbs, through doors, ram stuck platform, positioning platforms up, and up/ down ladder until the inner chamber is available.  At the top of this level you'll flip some bricks with the orbs and go to a square with a platform in the middle which lead down to the "Altar of Truth".  You would essentially retrace you steps and your orb manipulations (be careful some orbs may need to be pressed more than once to get bricks in the desired position).

My 2nd Walkthru: I'm assuming you been everywhere like u said already because I already moved a lotta bricks around

Enter the "Square of Eternity" and go straight, make left, make right, go to first platform on left ...but 1st make sure the orb on the first level has the bricks upward like a window glass (there are 3 positions for this one).  Also, if that platform is raised already you have to go back to the entrance and take the platform across to get to the very next level up.  Anyhow, when u get to the next level up, take the platform at the very upper left of the map which takes u down 2 levels.  Walk across the platfom to the very next platform which takes u up 1 level.  There will be an orb in ur face use it to get to the ledges and the doors on ur map. The door closest to you is the "Valley of Loneliness", farthest from u is "The Precipice of Hopelessness"...take either.  Either leads to stairs and the "Corridor Of Timelessness".  In the "Corridor of Timelessness" you'll see the save spot on the map after walking around and can reach it using the orb near it.  After save, take the platform on the most upper left of the map up.  You'll see another platform which will take u up, but you have to go down again on the same platform to adjust the orb on the other side...make sure u put the pattern on the highest setting.  Get back on the platform up.  Go toward the platform next to you and go up again.  Walk around the stairs to a square in the middle of the map and if everthing is done a platform will appear and you'll go down to the boss.

Exit: From"Altar of Truth"
Take platform up to "Corridor of Timelessness".  Walk around until see platform down.  When stop on next level take platform next to it down.  When get of 2nd platform down go straight to orb.  Press 2x to get it to lowest setting.  Then walk back around to 2nd platform (which will auto go up, so go back down) and walk across to platform going down.  If you down this right you will now see the save spot on ur map.  Walk toward the orb and save.  Then you make take either ledge to the "Val of Lonlin..." or the "Prec. of Hope..."  Go through either which leads to the "Sq. of Eter..."  Walk around the ledge to the upper mid of the map.  Walk straight and turn to and you'll see an orb and a platform.  Take the platform down 1 level.  Walk across and see another platform which takes you up 2 level.  Take the next platform closest to u, takin u down 1 level  (also there is another platform can take to leave but more work cause gotta use orb).  You will see the exit shaped like a bell at the very bottom mid of ur map.  Good luck.
