I have the camera inverted in the options screen but when I go to play it and push up on the stick the camera goes up instead of down. Any ideas???

My New Farcry 2 map:MGS4 Shadow Moses.

This has been addressed at least a few dozen times.

No patch is coming. The only time it is inverted is when you aim a gun. It really is frustrating though. I play inverted on every single game that I have.

WTF!!! I just got this game and I seriously refuse to play it because of the camera. I didn't even open the first door after I got off of the table, I tried to search the room, and kept staring at the ceiling. EPIC FAIL I know Chuck Yeager controls may not be the status quo, but enough people use them that they cannot be ignored.

I totally agree. Konami made a huge mistake by not considering those who play with inverted controls. I play with inverted controls and it's really frustrating not to be able to play like that. Konami has been scr*wing up their games big time lately (I don't know about Metal Gear Solid 4, but the PES franchise is totally screwed, and in the American Idol game you can not preview the songs you are willing to purchase from XBOX LIVE). It's kinda late for them to release a patch, as thousands of people have already played the game and I think only a minority will play it in the future. I am still playing this game, started last night, but it will totally f*ck up my performance. Please Konami, get it right for once!!!!!!!

I don't know whats up with you guys but I can play this game fine without fiddling with the camera. Doesn't it just follow everywhere you go? Atleast thats what I think it does when I play...

You know people can't adapt to new things. C'mon think for once, lol

But seriously, there isn't a huge need to flail the camera around anyway, just left and right, and that's barley needed. Hell, I beat it without barely touching the camera.
