1) How do i get the acheivements for doing Artos and Jeffs episode? Im assuming theres only the ones at the start and i did them but they never unlocked

2) How do i redo challenges?
3)how do i get the 20000point video?

Go Sens Go

You can replay any mission by going back to the point where you activated the mission. You will see either am/pro/sick on it. You just press button next to it and it let's you do it again.

For the video make 3 clips earning a million points each in a combo and put them in the video editor. Save then you should get it depending on the score you get.
