What game should we replace this with when it kicks the bucket?

I just got this game a few months ago, and I'm still addicted to it. But the servers are gonna go down eventually, and from the looks of it, BF1943 is gonna be closer to Bad Company than this. Still, that won't stop from buying it. But let's face it; it will never be able to replace BF2MC. Anyone got any ideas for something that can?

yeah mine broke too. and yeah, they have way more players than 360 version. i recommend it, doesn't have Frostbite, FullFrontal and Hidden, quick switching or server droppers although it has PS2 freezers so don't accept random friend requests.

This game was dead a long time ago.. i was sad to see it go after many hours, days & nights playing this classic game.. no other war game can compare with this games playability.. they should just release this game with a new name & add new maps, i would settle for that.. anyhow for those of you still playing this game .. you have to move on & try other war games.. Battlestations pacific, cod4 & cod waw & Red faction are great titles! check em out Yes [Y]

Yeah this games was dead years ago.... Most of the major players (including) myself have moved on. Im playing killzone 2 for ps3 including bf bad company on ps3. As for 360 im playing bad company,cod 4 waiting for bf 1943 to come out around the 25th of june.

Many people say it was Bad Company who killed this game but i'd say it was COD 4 - i was addicted to BF2:MC and when COD 4 came out the game started getting less and less populated.

Very sad, really hope they can re-release some of the maps on BC2 especially Backstab, Bridge too Far and Deadly Pass

It's irreplacable.... petition EA for a real Battlefield 3. Exactly the same as this one, but new maps, no glitches, and less lag.

It does. It's a great game. Best of all...IT STILL HAS ACTIVE SERVERS.

It's pretty active at peak hours. Usually you can find full games all weekend.

Yea I played the demo/beta(dont remember which) and thought it was alright waited awhile for it just wasnt what it was cracked up to be....
