where can i download speedball 2 from

i've been looking for it too, but can't find it.  can't find it within the xbox dashboard, and online there is no link to queue it up as a download.

help?

Microsoft please put Speedball 2 back in Xbox Live Arcade for download!!!!  I <3 this game and only downloaded the demo initially, but I went back to buy the full version AND ITS NOT AVAILABLE!?!??!  I want to buy it PLEASE!

Here is a copy and paste of what I said in the Double Dragon forum:

Technically, the titles weren't a part of the delisting policy; that was canceled after the NXE was revealed since the NXE had a more organized marketplace which eliminated the need to delist Arcade games. Lost Cities and Yaris were removed because of licensing problems (or the license was expired), and according to Gamerbytes, Double Dragon as well as Speedball 2 were removed because Empire Interactive had financial troubles.

I am really disappointed for that issue. When will be fixed by MS ??

Could someone with the demo "recommend" or "refer" the gane to me so I can download it?

i've got the demo but now frustratingly i cant download the game - should have done it while i could

I love this game, I used to play it on the Amiga. Hopefully it will still be in my download history

Just an update, it's not in my download history. I have one saying "unknown game" that must be it but I can't download it.

I don't mind as much as I have it for my Amiga anyway ^__^

This is unacceptable.  I too have this message in my download history about 5 times.  The "you can always redownload" line from Microsoft is a blatant lie.  NEVER delete anything you paid for from your hard drive with the assumption that you can get it back through your download history.  It is your only defense to this scam.  I feel sorry for those who already have deleted this game and I would say call up support and demand refunds.  I know they are going to tell you that you can't get refunds for stuff like that, but trust me, if you b.itch enough and become a big enough thorn in the a.ss of this company, they will give you a refund.  I have received refunds from Microsoft for XBLA games before, it is possible.  Just a hint, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau helps a lot.

I completely agree with what you have said, it doesn't effect me as I didn't purchase the product. But anyone else who is in the position above and paid for the game then I suggest you give MS a call.

Just finished a pow-wow with the BBB and MS.  They (at least in my DL history) fixed this issue.  It should appear as Speedball 2 now instead of unknown game and you should be able to redownload it.

So lets see here, Yaris, Lost Cities, Double Dragon and now this? Does anyone know if there are any other titles that have been removed for whatever reason?
