your so full of poo GT ...... i messaged vapour and he said as long as he wasnt in work he will be racing :) you just dont want him in so you stand a bit of a better chance......but even without vapour you still have an awful lot of really good racers to contend with ....... so dont go counting your chickens before they have hatched

No me and Vapor were racing this morning at 3am my time. He said he wanted to practice, so I got online and race. I think he wants to race in the tournament, but not if he was racing like he was this morning. I told him he would win the tournament if he raced like he did in the last one.

HOW TO JOIN THE TOURNAMENT

Alright guys. I'm going to be hosting a racing tournament on Burnout Revenge on Saturday June 13th. Players of all skill levels are welcome. However, I need to know what times on Saturday will work for as many of you as possible.

The tournament is currently scheduled for 9:00 PM GMT (1:00 PM Pacific) on Saturday, but I need input as to whether that time will work. So if you'd like to participate in this event, you need to POST IN THIS THREAD OR PM ME ABOUT WHAT TIME SLOTS WILL WORK FOR YOU. The event is likely to last at least a few hours in total, although some players will be eliminated more quickly than others.

Honestly, I don't know how many players to expect. 6? 10? 15? I'd like to have as many racers as possible, so please post if you'd like to race!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Here's the deal. I'm going to divide everyone randomly into rooms of 6. Then, the top 3 players from each of those rooms moves on to the next round, the top 3 from each room in that round moves on, and so on. Once we're down to a single room of 6 players, that's the final round. The winner of that final set wins the tournament.

All rounds will be 6 rounds, 3 laps then second round will be 6 rounds, 4 laps with the exception of the finals, which will be 10 rounds, 6 laps with a break split in the middle. Tiebreakers will be 1 round and will consist only of the racers that tied. Tracks will be randomly selected.

I had to figure out who iw as missing everything is set now this is the offical rooms post!

Once again it will take place on the 15th 1PM westcoast time.

Each name was drawn out of a hat and place into 4 rooms.

Hey guys so here are the first rooms the top three of each room move on to the next round. If one room finishes before the the rest the host will messege me with the top three racers and there total points. From there I will chose the host for room 2 and 1 if I get elimanated. from that round  also the top 3 will move on to the final round. With the final round the person with the most overall points wins. I will be keeping track of the scores myself from everyone who moves on and gets elimanated. When a player gets elimanated there over all points will be put on a format Leader boards i have been designing. For the players who move on they keep adding there origonal points to the new races. That will be my job.

The timing of this tournament right after I got back home after 3 months away from Burnout wasn't the best, but I will host a tournament later this summer if you guys are interested.  Maybe late July/early August or late August/early September?
