Well well well, from the looks of it this game is on it's last leg.

So what game are you lot all playing now?

Personally for me, since BF2 no game has filled it's place and I've slowly drifted away from gaming.

Wonder how Icki and Aerospacesolid are going? Getting punished in games they can't lag I take it?

There's people who still play online, but I think they're just looking for people to boost online achievements.

hey guys. sup? yeah i think they shut down clans and clan servers, not that there were any left... and theres 1 functional server left. its always got 24 ppl in it too. Where did the good old days go?

Whats up guys.So bf2 is on its death bed huh?Gotta agree with ozzy .Ive had no interest in gaming for awhile now I just miss my buddies i played with all the time.This was THE game that made online gaming fun for me and will go down as the best online game ever hands down in my book.RIP BF2 and all the trash talking, super competitive, rivalries.Raine man the good ol days are in our memories bud.I miss the battles we used to have.

Can EA at least spot us the online achievements since we can't EVER earn them now...yet another reason why online achievements blow.

there always seems to be a few clans hanging around when i check the clan games section.. sometimes the request goes thru, sometimes it tells me there are no available servers.. so maybe there is one floating around?

I can honestly say that i still enjoy this game, unlike others where connections and cheating run rampant. This is a pathetic situation for the game

LOL...challenge Ozzy after he hasn't played in over a year. I'll tell you this, and I highly doubt Ozzy even remembers playing me (I think your name was AOD Ozzy or Ozzy AOD at the time, I can't remember exactly). When I was at my prime with this game I was at about 91-92PPH using solely the Engineer kit and I thought I was pretty decent. I played Ozzy a handful of times and he flat out wrecked me and my team when he was in a chopper. I thought it was just cause he's good in a chopper but he sucks on the ground. Next game he's a sniper and killing me with ridiculous shots. He then switched to an Assault kit was even better at that.

I'd love to watch you play Ozzy one on one when he's in top form.

Woah people still remember me playing :) I'm honored, don't need defending though dude. He was a mate back when I used to play. But thanks for giving me props 15 months after I stopped playing (y) Just waiting for Ziess to come in trash talking. Although a lot of people can hate me (doesn't bother me the slightest anymore), no one can doubt the skill I had with choppers, sniper and assault. With Clipz on support or snipes we could easily demolish most people and pull insane amounts of kills every game.

Yea it wouldn't surprise me at all if Ziess came on here and started talking trash and challenging everyone to 1v1s lol. I miss those days of argueing with everyone about who the best was lol. I moved on to Halo but it's not nearly as fun as BF2 was back when everyone played

We did a lot of quantum singularity kicking when Ozzy was my pilot in xXCARBONXx Clan...

I disagree... the game is ruined by server-lagging scrubs, if you even get the slightest chance to play a game these days, I'll put money down saying that the server will end up being dropped, mostly because everyone is constantly team-killing/kill boosting to keep their PPH low, which pisses everyone else off, and then it's just always a constant battle between players and someone always ends up crashing the server. Backstab is a good conquest map for clan battles, and BridgeTooFar is a classic, no way did these maps ruin the game.

i did not say those two maps ruin the whole game, just the online part of it. why? because thats all that people played just those two maps it got old real fast

That's true, you did mention, "the online part of the game" ... but still, those maps get old but clan battles are always interesting and fun. In my opinion, FullFrontal is the best.

Sure, backstab and bridgetoofar were overplayed but they were fun maps. On backstab, I used to just go MEC. Then I could GTAM the american helis, then hop in a humvee and get over there to steal a heli. My bud and I used to base *** like that. We could dodge GTAMs and lazer targets were just as easy. I remember once on bridgetoofar, my bud was dodging a lazer target and it came down teamkilling an enemy on the bridge. I also remember practicing frontflips, backflips, and barrel rolls in the heli on backstab. Then someone would always join and I would get on the artillery strike and tell my bud in a heli where the guy was. Bridgetoofar was my map for sniping humvee drivers or helicopter pilots. But hidden was the best map to snipe heli pilots.
If you're going to trash talk, at least have some skill and not all lag or a modded controller.
