well they keep talking about the new game and how it will be here any time and when they gave us this trip down our memory they hinted that it was because Duke was coming back soon.  I have been watching the same trailer for so long i is making me sick.  Any one have any concrete knowledge?

lol....well i doubt they ARENT making it. i mean, whats the point of making all those gameplay clips and all?? Also, back in like, 2004 or something they had DNF gameclips (though that was really bad graphics compared to the new trailer) and it showed a LOT of work done in the game. I think they are still going to make one, and i hope it rocks. I mean, we can never have enough of Duke's cheesy catch phrases... "It's time to kick quantum singularity and chew bubble gum, and i'm all outta bubble gum..." or "Hail to the king, baby" and "Let's Rock!" were my all time favorites...

What are you talking about? 3D Realms has never hinted at it coming out anytime other than "when it's done". No need to make stuff up. If you get 200/200 in the game you can go to an art gallery and the last two pics are from Duke Nukem Forever. One features Duke reloading and two Octobrains. It's beautiful beyond words and thats coming from a casual Duke fan, not a fanboy.

Firstly I have Duke as my gamerpic because I'm not dumb enough to buy new gamerpic and the ones that come with the xbox are apparently designed for children. And "beautiful beyond words" means the graphics look incredible, not that I just think it's beautiful because it's Duke Nukem.. Anyone who see's the pic of the Octobrain knows what I mean. I have yet to see an in-game character/enemy that well detailed in any game on any console/pc except for the new vid of FF 12 or whatever number it is and even then the Octobrain may still look better. So how about you don't jump to conclusions?

I am kinda with you on that, I just asked because I have been hearing about it for so long and no one can give me an exact. Then a couple weeks later I read that 3D realms is dead and I said "eh, oh well I guess i know" but the fandom of the game speaks for itself and if the people want more Duke I think that it is the creators responsibility to try and give it to them. I would like to see it made and like to play it but I think Yatzee says it best in his review for Duke Nukem Forever. if you haven't seen it check it out.
