Huge performs problems with Catan after Xbox Live maintenance

Anyone else experiencing major lag, delays and major wait times when on the joining game screen as well as dropped games and the works after the Xbox Live maintance? I havent been able to complete a single game versus humans today, judging from how slow the games fill up I'm tempted to say it's a catan related issue, but is it or is it me and is this coincidence (my internet is fast as ever btw)?
