I'm running a Banger racing league on GRID.

It'll be once a week, probably on Thursdays at 8:30ish(GMT).

There will be rules to the races, as well as fun races where there aren't any rules.

I'm trying to make this like Banger racing here in the UK so any fans of the sport will hopefully enjoy this.  If your interested message me and i'll send you the web address.  Any idiots will be kicked out.

This has been running for 2 months now and has been a great success.  So in two weeks time we are starting season 2.

If you enjoy racing Demolition Derby on GRID and/or your a fan of banger racing then this is for you.  This is set up on ovalbangerchat.co.uk.

It's run on wednesday nights.  We have 3 heats of 6 laps, a consolation, final and a DD. Plus some others.  We also do team races, 6 on 6, teams of 2,3 and 4.  As well as fun nights.

This sounds like good fun, how do I sign up ?? Nothing worse than being in a DD with a bunch of idiots who think it's funny to drive the wrong way round !!

The guys that race are good guys.  We have the odd racer that goes oppo but he's normally after someone in particular.

This is banger racing though so it is a bit rough.  But if your not sure give it a go and see what you think.

If you go into the xbox section then there's threads with Twisty's Midweek Bangers on them.  A sign in thread will go up tonight about 10:30 for next wednesday's race.  If you want i'll put you 2 down now.  There's a meeting on tonight but it's the grand final from Season 1 so there's no space.  Next 2 weeks are just fun meetings though so it'll be a good tester for you.

You've got a choice, 7:30 or 8:45  or if your lucky you may get into both meetings!!
