Try changing views and see if that helps. From memory there are 5 or 6 different choices (eg helmet cam etc).

For more 'control' of the car I used the bumper view - but it can increase the difficulty on those narrow tracks like those in Australia. With enough practice though, you'll master it and be able to progress nicely through the game.

I had over 3000 miles.. still no achievement. The rally win, I won that as well.. but that wouldn't unlock either. Before I gave up I had one rally race and won, but didn't unlock. And didn't own all the vehicles, I believe I had 35 cars total.
Would you kindly?

Remember it is just Career milage and not those accumulated during online or the Championships outside Career Mode. I haven't heard of this Achievement being glitched, so with enough races you should have it. I remember doing races over and over again, and in the process I earned enough cash to buy not only all the cars, but their liveries as well.

I'm not saying it's glitched, my career mileage was over 2,500 miles alone... Online was around 500 to 700ish. I raced a few times online, won 2 of them... lost the rest.. ( I swear some of them racers have got to be cheating... the times they get...) but yea.. The only achievement that I really didn't get would be owning all the cars.

I won the two races, got the Achievements and didn't jump on again. Ha ha ha! When it comes to those milage achievements and whatnot, I tackle them normally in stints - and never at one time or in one play-through. I remember that I unlocked the one for DiRT a few months after I finished the game Career-wise, and then I got the final few Achievements in Undercover and Midnight Club Los Angeles over a couple of months - that way, I don't hate the game due to the repetitive nature of the Achievements and it allows me to enjoy other titles at the same time.
