right now i just finished playing glork on xbox live and i looked and i have 22 wins on it  but no achievements, i know they count as a win if the other person disconnects but does it count toward the actual achievement? i prob dont have 20 wins from start to end but shouldnt i still get it by the leaderboards win amounts

This might be obvious but they have to be all ranked games

If the other person quits the game before it's over, you will be awarded a win, but it won't go towards the achievement. Basically, you have to get 20 wins without anyone quitting.
