i cant log into the psu demo, it gives me the retry/disconnect window. i know people had issues with this recently but everyone seems to have gotten back on, ive only been playing again for about a week and a half but id like to keep playing. is this an issue for everyone or just me?

its not for me, ive been playing for like a few days

well i have a couple friends on my list that play and they were able to get on but they said that there was only one universe with stars and there were only 3 stars in it. usually there are 2 full universes so obviously a lot of people are having this issue. i guess were gonna have to wait a few weeks to get back on. bs.

Wow I was going to ask but I guess this answers my question.  I am having the exact same problem too.  I really wanted to play the demo. My friend is playing it and I just wanted to join him but I guess that won't be happening for a little bit.  Hope it gets back up soon!!!

yeah i cant get on either, i dont know whats up with it, i know some people can get on, i have tried everything to try and get on though, i dont know whats up with it, everywhere i look i dont get recent posts only ones from the past, there is nothing on the phantasystaruniverse.com website.i was on it friday and i couldnt get back on, on the saturday at about 2pm, i was woundering if there is a limit that people are only aloud on it per month/week, does anyone know??

does anyone know if paying £6.99 per month as well

I just heard it was down.  I think they are going to do something about it but it has that priority of almost ZERO since they are working on bringing updates to the main phantasy star universe game!

so do they even know the demo is down? i cant find any recent information on it on any of the psu sites. i really wanna get the full game but i wanna finish my time on the demo first. this is really annoying, i have a ton of good stuff on there.

I too can't log on either, along with about 6 of my friends. I really don't see how some people can get on and a bunch of us can't. Maybe it has something to do with the router configuration, ISP (Internet type),router type (belkin, lynksys etc..),or if you are just connected directly to you're modem.

If anyone finds out can you message me or something?

no its got to just be random because the last time it kicked everyone off the demo, i was able to play, but this time i cant.

its not a router configuration problem because with me I played before they went down and I haven't changed the configuration and now it won't let me in!  Well I guess now I will go and grab out my OLD Phantasy Star Online (Dreamcast) and play that online!

I don't know if you guys have the same problem as me, but when I try to connect to the demo, it says "acquiring character information" and then changes to "Your data is locked due to an irregularity in the game ending. Please wait 10 minutes to connect again."  Meanwhile, 3 of my other friends are playing.  Im going to try re-downloading it but I don't think that will work.  
   
   Is this something I did because it says that my data is locked, or is it the servers?  I never did anything wrong, as far as I know, unless doing C ranked missions to level up is now a crime. 

I have the same error. Just wondering, the last time you were able to get on, did you get an "interrupt request error" then get disconnected? Thats what happened to me and now I have the "your data is locked" error every time I try to sign in. So if im thinking right, does this mean they banned me because they disconnected me from the servers?
