This is SEGA, they have basically the worst support for a videogame, let alone an MMO, I have ever seen. If you play the full game online you may see that 2 weeks is reasonable considering that one of our events was delayed by months and we are about a year behind the progress on the japanese server.

I still can't get in but one of my friends can! Well I guess I will just grab my old Phantasy Star Online game and play it online!
