Update:
Not that I expect anybody to care but it turns out that I have more-or-less regular internet access where I'm stayng in Costa Rica. It's not at my place of residence but it's convenient enough that I should be able to check in most days...just on the off chance that it will matter. I've been too busy to miss my Xbox, but it's sure to hit me eventually.
