Can it be played offline(I don't wanna pay $10/month($120/yr) for subscription) and does it include extra missions for story mode?

I believe it's only currently online. It expands the story but needs to play online to continue.

Not as quickly as you think. It's only like 30 something cents a day. Try not to add it all up all the months at once since a lot of people cancel from time to time.

Yeah I guess thats a good way to look at it. I think I will subscribe to PSU and get the expansion, but I'll only do so after I've beaten all the other games in my collection, which could take quite some time. But for the never-ending part though, aren't you just going through the same environments, what is it that keeps people coming back for more?

Besides fighting, I've been meeting friends/acquaintances, building up my partner machine in my room, decorating my room, grinding my guy when I have time, getting new items and weapons, gambling in the casino, and being shown the ropes is also quite fun too. Thanks to morning 808. So far, I really enjoy the game a lot. I think about it sometimes when I'm not playing which usually means I'm having a good time lol.
