My Message Chess inbox is really hosed up somehow. There's one game with no opponent name -- when I choose it, it says DEFEAT and that my ELO is now 0 (was 1100 +). When I try to delete the game it says the server is unavailable, but obviously the server IS available or I couldn't see my inbox to begin with! None of the other games in the inbox have any problems - I can access them, etc. no problem. Any ideas about how to clear this hammered up game from my inbox? Thanks! Jeff

Hi Jeff,

You need to contact Microsoft XBL Support and explain what is happening. Look up my posts and you will see plenty. It's important that MS is made aware because otherwise this will just keep on getting worse and if no one bothers to file complaints then MS won't know. Posting on this forum is great for us users to know among ourselves, but I doubt MS reads them in order to resolve the issue.

Yeah, message chess is a B***H, mine won't load, and now that i fianlly won a game online in each chess variant, i didn't get the jack of all trades achievement.  i think that is due to the fact that the message chess problem ocurred before I had the requirements for the achievement because lots of other people have this achievement which i can't get.
