dlc question...
is the dlc that is available stuff you can unlock in the game anyway? i ask because there is over 1000 points worth on there! it seems entirely cosmetic for the game and doesnt really seem to add anything play wise, right? just didnt want to spend points for stuff i can unlock by playing.....

Re: dlc question...
You can't unlock it in game, and I wouldn't waste my money on it. Like you said it's only cosmetic.

Re: dlc question...
If you play multiplayer, I would highly recommend getting them. As the previous poster stated, they are only cosmetic, UNLESS, you purchase all of them, at which point you unlock four rare fish, which can help drastically... it's the only reason I ever win a game.

The four fish basically act as power-ups. Only drawback is you can only select one per round, but can utilize it's super powers after every 10 lines cleared. Short breakdown below:

Electric Eel - attacks your opponents nervous system and causes his controls to be reversed for 10 seconds (i.e. a is b, up is down, left is right etc.) Very useful attack.

Pirhanna - once summoned, will clear you whole matrix (all garbage). Useful if you're constantaly finding yourself up high, or not a great architect.

Baby Shark - Still not sure how the shark attacks your opponent (maybe bites his head??), but it essentially blinds your opponenet for 10 seconds. They'll be unable to see current peice, hold piece, the matrix, and the coming peices. Unless your opponent has a great memory... probably the most useful of the three attacks.

Stingray - Creates a diversion by shaking up the sand on the sea floor. This is a defensive move that counters any of the previous special attacks.

Good luck, and don't be caught without those rare fish in MP!!!!
