little help.... i got a new computer now my xbox live is not responding.  do i need to change some settings on my computer or wireless hookup. or  ip addrss  etc. etc.  any advice will be great

You are going to have to be more specific if you want any help. 
What does your PC have to do with connecting your 360 to Live?  Do you have a router?  How is the 360 networked?  What make\model of networking hardware?

If you are connecting through your PC, have you got Internet Connection Sharing working?  What OS are you running?
