help with game!
I just started playing Overlord and it's a ridiculously fun game! However, I'm experiencing some slight frustration when I seem to keep circling certain areas of each map just to figure out where I am to go next. There is no map, and when I review the objectives I am not sure where I am to go in order to fulfill those objectives. How often do I need to go back to the Tower? Is going to the Tower only beneficial for practicing on different tactics on killing enemies in the dungeon? I guess I need to read more about the game and what it’s about, but I can’t seem to find any interesting writings on the game. I’ve tried neoseeker.com and a few others that I forget the name of, but they are just novels of small text that is hard to read. Also, when you hit select and look at the objectives, on the left side are the minions levels I think it is. What is the point of the different level minions and colors or outfits? Sorry if I’m incorrect in saying that, but I am unsure of what was on that side of the screen. I have only played a few times and am excited to play more, I just need some help with understanding what I’m doing! Thank you for whoever takes the time to read this and offer their guidance or tips on this game.

I am almost finished with the first one and starting Overlord 2 now my advice is to just make sure you keep checking every little corner and area on the stage. They will lead you to different areas and new quest. I always go back to the castle to forge and sometimes after completing a task it will have a cut scene when you return to the castle. Shoot me a message or FR and when I get online ill see if I can help you some.

You will be taught just about everything you want to know as you play. They will explain the different colors as you unlock them and what they are good at.

I can explain what everything means on the menu when you press back.

Ok under the MIGHT section you have all your different minions. The number under Domain is how many of each color you have with you at the moment and Tower means how many you have total.

Under that are a few icons. The one with a minion which looks on fire and a number next to it is how many minions you can have out at once. It starts at 5 and maxes out at 50. The icon with the fist and the two swords is your hordes weapon and armor percentage. This tells you how efficent your minions armor and weapons are. With nothing it starts at 100% and maxes out at 300%. The icon with the overlord head is just the percentage of how evil you are. And the last is your gold.

As far as getting turned around....I really have no advice. At some points during my first play thru i recall getting mixed up here and there but after exploring a bit more i found my way.

105 Games with all Achievements Unlocked

And Xbox Originals don't have Achievements, why?

I agree with Draco. At first it can see a little overwhelming when a lot of quests open up. The game is somewhat linear at the start. If the game does not want you going a certain place it will be blocked by something that only minions of a certain color can get past. You just need to explore around. It's kind of lame advice given your questions but I believe that's what the game designers wanted you to do.
