Anybody getting excited for Red Faction? This is definitely on my radar now. I don't think anyone on my friends list is going to get it, and I would love to have people to play with.

It is in my Gamefly Queue, I am hoping it is good, But I am going to avoid the Shadowrun mistake this time.

I bought it thinking it was an RPG based on the dice and paper game I played in college back in the 80's. I didn't do any research on it at all so I blame no one but myself on the mistake. I really didn't like the gameplay either, not enough maps, multiplayer only, the list goes on. Now, with Gamefly, I get to try before I buy.

I've only played a bit of Shadowrun, but it was a good alternative to most shooters out there. It mixed things up a bit.  I think Red Faction will be great though. Lots of missions and a whole bunch of MP maps.

I really can't wait for this one.  June is fast approaching and this is the one game I am definitely going to buy.  Played the crap out of the demo already.

I got this game for fathers day and I really love it so far. The only complaint I have is the the loading and saving times feel like they take forever. If you fail a mission and have to start it over, it's almost unbearable. The online is great. I am usually way overmatched in multiplayer games like Halo or COD but I don't feel like that in Red Faction. I haven't dominated anything and I am still learning about the different weapons and back packs but I can hold my own in most matches. I can't wait untill I have some more free time to play some more, I recomend it for anyone.
When I die, I want to go like grandpa, peacefully while I'm asleep. Not screaming like the other people in his car.

Just finished this game up.  What an awesome game!  It isn't perfect, but I had a ton of fun with it. The physics and destructibility were great.  This game reminds me of Crackdown.  It wasn't the best game, had flaws, but was tons of fun.  Recommend everyone who likes GTA, Crackdown, and open world games to play this.  I wouldn't have played it after seeing some of the reviews, but listening to the Listen Up guys talk about it convinced me to try it and I am glad I did.

My friend's letting me borrow this and I was only able to play through the first level, but first impressions are really good! Too bad there's no splitscreen play whatsoever.
