the shipping company should have given you a tracking number for the package, with that you can find out how long it takes to get there then take that time, double it and add another 2 weeks maybe

If your reading this I assume your on the xbox website (No figure). At the top of the page you can see a bunch of tabs like Xbox360, games Community ect. hover over the support one and click registration and repai in the drop down box. From there you can use your tracking No. to see what stage your xbox is at. I think there's four, Awaiting console, Repairing Console, Preparing to ship console and console sent out. The third one is the longest usually.

suddenly my xbox does not show anything on the tv screen, it seems to switch on but is not coming on the tv screen. does anyone know if this is a probelm with the xbox?

Check the wires that connect it to your TV if that doesent work you can call MS support

On the xbox scart plug there is a switch saying TV/HDTV. I somtimes knock that switch when moving my 360 around. Check its set on the correct setting then turn your 360 on again. Otherwise call ms support.
