Dive down and there should be an opening. Then surface up. On the map it looks like a open whole in the island. Anyways, there you get the stone for you ship so you can sail through the tornado's. I was stuck at this part too. Another place to level up is the place right above numara with the kelon's and the ground shaker's (something like that). Hope that helps.

You have to get all 4 fragmants of the poem then go down to the basement outside. yeah took me like 3 tries to get this Numara mini game completed. They have 14,000 HP each and if you don't sleep you need to be able to take them down in 2-3 rounds or they'll reach the shore.

Thats where you have to find the four poem fragments.Persona is an optional boss you can meet at the start of disc 4; you have to revisit the Old Sorcerers Mansion with Sarah.
