I have had an issue like this about 2 months ago, where I zoned into Stellar Falcrum and then lagged out, and I couln’t get back on. So I logged in with PC, and was fine, till I zoned to Sandoria, and couldn’t log in on PC, so I tryed 360 and got nearly back to Stellar Falcrum, and lagged out on zoning again, so got back on PC and attempted the final mission on ACP on PC that night.
Anyway, it turned out many people on my ISP were having issues, and that a main internet Hub connecting the midwest to western parts of USA subscribers to my ISP to Japan, had went down. The next day I was good to go.
Then again, last week, I had a few friends on my FL in NY city having issues. They kept D/cing from Party chat. and even from the game sometimes
After about a week, it cleared up. No problems since.
The interenet, it’s kind of a funny thing sometimes. If you have reset your home network and are still hagving issues it may be something else. (powering down and unplugging ALL devices on the network, 360, computer(s), routers/hubs/switches, and modem. THen disconect all cables, wait 1 minute, power on devices and plugin in order they conect to internet modem > router > PC/360, etc...)
Give it a day, then try again. Still issues, you could either call POL-customer services, or just wait one more week. Still issues, then definitely call POL-customer services, if not your ISP
