I purchased Sacred 2: Fallen Angel last week... and I've been loving every minute of it!

I'm probably the only idiot who actually really, really enjoyed playing Two Worlds (50+ hrs with 1000/1000). Sacred 2 is Two Worlds --- just bigger and better! My first character is the Shadow Warrior --- same voice as the hero from Two Worlds (how awesome is that!?)

Yeah, the map is HUGE... I've logged 13 hours and I've only uncovered 7% of the map.

I'm kinda lost as far as the main quest goes --- I'm just having too much fun roaming around, exploring the map/regions, killing everything, and picking up side quests galore.

The achievements seem very, very easy, but they're time consuming (with my 13 hours I've only popped 5 achievements).

I can see me easily dropping 200+ hours into this game... yeah, it's that good (but again, I really, really liked Two Worlds.)

Thats roughly about as awesome as having chlamydia I can honestly say i hate that guy. I don't even know who he is, and thats probably for the best lol.

I was thinking about getting Sacred 2 after the price dropped a bit, i'm not so sure i'll bother now. I hated Two Worlds with a passion, and i did put a decent amount of time into it. I think i got maybe 800/1000, and some of my achievements glitched so i should have higher (The horse one for example).

I think it's just because i'd played Oblivion, my standards are probably way too high or something lol. Anyway i hope Two Worlds 2 is better, i'll maybe check that out.

I wish they would release a demo for Sacred 2 so that i could get an idea of what it's like. Because if it's on par with Two worlds i'd honestly rather give it a miss. If it's a bit better, and it actualy works(i.e. no gamebreaking framerate issues or lag during co-op) it might be worth getting..

Then I'd say avoid Sacred 2.  The gameplay is almost identical.  The voice acting/dialogue is just as good (or bad depending in your point of view).  There's nothing spectacular about the sound or graphics when compared to Two Worlds.  Two Worlds was 40-60 hours of play for 1000.  I can't see Sacred 2 being anything less than 90+ hours of gameplay for the full 1000.  The map is easily 4x the size of Two Worlds.  In Two Worlds, you just had to play through the story once for all the achievements; however, in Sacred 2, you need 2 complete playthroughs, and you're tasked with leveling up the 5-6 main characters (about 10-12 hours each).

I've also heard this game compared to Diablo II, but I never played that, so I don't know.

Yea  two worlds was in my opinion the worst game ever created. Which is something I suppose, I played the worst game ever created, should get some kind of achievement really.

Sacred 2 however, I'm hooked. I played D2 till...well honestly about a few months ago. There are a few things lacking to S2 but, on the whole it's a great game.

5 difficulty levels though, and it is a slow starter...but once you get into it, you get addicted. The range of weapons and armour is staggering, everything about the game really is huge.

Two Worlds made me appreciate the need to save every 20 minutes or so because of game crashes, and it gets a bit sloppy toward the end, but I loved it.  Sacred 2 is going to be coming home soon, but I will wait until it drops in price some more. 

I was shocked by Two Worlds last gen graphics....i was staring at the screen is complete disbelief wondering what the hell was going on.....then the characters started speaking…. I almost took the game out right then and there......but its an easy 1000 and i needed another RPG....it had been a while.....It actually turned out to be kinda fun, although the story was horrible and the frame rate & voice acting gave me a major headache. Hopefully they let adults make the second one....I honestly cant believe they even released the first one.
