Hey i got this for my gf but we are having a hard time figuring out the workout mode option.  Everytime we enter it, we press A and are back at the main menu?  How do you enter workout mode lol?  Also how do you change the speed of the songs?

That's odd.. try using the Xbox 360 controller.. or maybe press the Start button?

To change the speed of songs, hold down the A button when selecting a song. (I believe that's the button)
