360 Repair Turnaround
I just got mine back. The process was a total of 3 weeks and that is including my wait for the return slip. Microsoft even gave me a month of live to make up for what I have missed out on. I just want to say that I am quite impressed with their customer service.

nice i must agree on the service it is really good. i have send in my xbox 3 times and every time it has taken about week for them to fix it and you also get a xbl gold month. and you dont need to pay for the repair or shipping. awsome service =)

The card is given because your gold time is still counting down even when they are repairing your system. This is how they are giving you back your time missed on live.

3 weeks?!? It only took me 3 days, to ship it in and get the new one. They even gave me the 1 month. But indeed they have great custommer support.

PS: Did they mail you a box and a label or did you find your own box and print it out because the person on the phone said that shipping speed will be greatly reduced because of the time and money they save from sending you the package.

Seriously?Only 3 days,thats pretty good,im still waiting for my shipping label and its day 7..But it was 4th of July on the day it was suppose to be here and the next day was a sunday.But 3 days is incredible.That would be cool if it was that fast for me. :)

being able to print the label cuts almost a week out of it i've found.  The first repair took roughly 17-18 days, but it took 1 week to get the label.  This time around, it took 8 days, and i had a printer.

I have absolutely zero issues with the xbox360 repair service, it's pretty clear to me that they recognized a mistake they made in production and corrected it appropriately, and i am quite happy that they are a step ahead of some of their other competitors in this regard.
