Thank you for failing to provide legacy support for videos older than your NXE update. If you no longer support pre-NXE videos, why host them? You have once again given your use base reason to ignore the convenience that XBL provides and continue to drive them to other "unsavory" methods of video download and playback. I can't tell you how much it pleases me that your customer support refuses to acknowlege the issue, as if they are ignorant to the fact. Usually when you give money to something, say MicroSoft for example, you get a service or product in return. Yet many encounter a fundemental problem when money is given and they get nothing in return. This seems to be a re-occuring issue, and any one who has to ability to solve the problem, will not do so.
Thank you, MS, for making my video download choices easier. You have cemented my lack of faith your customer/service support, and I am overjoyed in how much money I will save in the future by not utilizing your services.
